By using the Oudavoir website (www.oudavoir.com), placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
You must be at least 16 years of age to place an order with Oudavoir. By making a purchase, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, up to date, and complete. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity. We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the site if any misuse is suspected.
All products sold by Oudavoir are 100% genuine. We do not sell counterfeit or replica items. Occasionally, we may offer products without original packaging or with minor defects—these will always be clearly stated in the product description and will not affect the quality of the item itself. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours and packaging may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, or updates from our suppliers.
All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure gateways as displayed at checkout. Oudavoir is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by your card provider or payment processor.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders for reasons including stock availability, payment issues, or suspected misuse. If an item is unavailable or an error in pricing has occurred, we will contact you before dispatch to offer an alternative or issue a refund.
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, but this may vary depending on postal services or peak times. International delivery times will vary based on location and customs procedures. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us. UK customers should allow 15 working days, and international customers should allow 30 working days before a parcel can be declared lost.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used perfume oils. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If eligible, we will offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
It is your responsibility to check for allergies or sensitivities before use. We recommend patch-testing all products. Oudavoir is not liable for any reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from use. Ingredient information is provided on product pages where applicable.
We may occasionally run promotions or discount codes. These are limited-time offers and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time. Orders placed using promotional codes cannot be amended once confirmed.
If customs or import duties apply to international orders, these are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any charges or delays caused by local customs processes. In some cases, additional postage fees may be required for remote locations or large orders—we will contact you if this applies.
Oudavoir does not store any credit or debit card details. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We take your privacy seriously and never share your personal information with third parties unless legally required. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
