Shipping Policy – Oudavoir

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship orders.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

UK Shipping

We offer reliable UK shipping via Royal Mail or Evri.

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: £2.99 (free on orders over £40)
    Delivery aim: 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Express Tracked Delivery: £4.99
    Delivery aim: 1–2 working days after dispatch

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your item is on its way.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international countries.

  • International Tracked Delivery: Rates calculated at checkout based on your location
    Delivery aim: 7–14 working days (may vary depending on customs)

Please note: Oudavoir is not responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged once the parcel reaches your country. These must be paid by the recipient.

 

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived, please allow the following time before contacting us:

  • UK Orders: Wait 15 working days from dispatch

  • International Orders: Wait 30 working days from dispatch

If your parcel is still missing after these timeframes, please contact us with your order number and delivery address. We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Oudavoir is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure, we can resend it—additional postage fees may apply.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Due to postal regulations, we may be unable to ship certain items to some countries or remote regions. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly to discuss alternative options or arrange a full refund.
