Returns & Refunds – Oudavoir

At Oudavoir, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your order. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at oudavoir@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer you either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

 


Lost or Missing Orders (Evri / Royal Mail)

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • For UK deliveries, please wait 15 working days from the dispatch date.

  • For international deliveries, please allow 30 working days.

Sometimes parcels may be delayed due to postal service issues, especially during peak times. If your parcel is still missing after this period, we will either:

  • Send out a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

We may ask you to confirm your delivery address and check with neighbours or local delivery offices first, as this is often requested by Evri or Royal Mail before we can open a missing parcel claim.

 


Return Postage

If we’ve asked you to return a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover or reimburse the return postage. All returns must be sent using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri, and proof of postage must be kept until your refund is confirmed.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

 


Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns for "change of mind" due to the nature of our products.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.
